Summer trip...

We started out the summer with a trip to Oregon to see my family there. I actually flew down a day or so early and got some visiting time in on my own. We had a nice time, visiting and playing in the sun. (It was almost 100 most of the days). My husband took our 8 year old to his first Rodeo! And we all swam in the reservoir a couple of times. I was impressed that most of the kids jumped off high rocks into the water! I only did the short one and it took a few minutes to work up that courage. I was so glad I did because the water was great. We spent the day with my step-sisters there and enjoyed floating around the cool water. I love spending time with family...

Here is Katie with her cousin of the same name, I love to see them get in some girl bonding time!



We have more trips and outings planned for the summer, and I hope they are all as nice!
