We had an early Father's day outing on Monday, as "dad" will not be home on Father's Day this year. As a family, we hadn't been to the glass museum yet, but kept hearing great things about it. We toured the museum displays, the youngers boys filled out a scavenger hunt book.

Then the two youngest drew what they thought would make a cool glass statue and entered their drawings into a contest. Every month the glass museum chooses one entry to make out of glass. We saw some of the past winners....they were amazing!
We also watched the actual glass making process, which kept all but one of us entertained for over an hour.
Lastly, we walked across the "glass bridge", which has displays of glass and an entire section with an amazing ceiling. It was a great day, despite the chilly weather.
